The bot responses are saved in browser cookies so that when a user comes back we can show them previous conversations. So you will need to clear browser cache and reload the page to see the new settings.
Another easy way is to check your changes by opening a browser incognito window.
Alternatively, you can type reset and hit the Enter button.
